Terms of service.

By inviting Keta bot to a Discord server, signing in to the dashboard at bot.keta.lol, or using any feature it provides, you agree to these terms. If you don't, remove the bot and stop using the dashboard. Keep using it and we assume you've agreed.

You must be at least the minimum age Discord requires in your country (13 in most places, 16 in some). You must own or have explicit permission from the owner of any server where you set up the bot.

• Invite the bot to your servers and configure any module.
• Use the dashboard to manage servers where you have Manage Server or Administrator.
• Modify your configuration at any time.
• Remove the bot at any time.

• Use the bot to harass, dox, or violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
• Try to extract data from servers you don't belong to.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or DDoS the dashboard or the bot.
• Resell access to Keta bot as your own product.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, security rules, or authentication.
• Use auto-moderation in a way that violates local law (e.g. recording private conversations where consent is required).

Configuration you write (welcome templates, custom command responses, bad-word lists, etc.) stays yours. You grant us a minimal licence to store and display that content as needed to operate the service. We don't share or repurpose it.

Don't store anything illegal, hateful, or that infringes someone else's rights. We reserve the right to remove configuration that violates these terms.

Keta bot is a free service offered as-is. We aim for high uptime but make no SLA. There may be downtime for maintenance, emergencies, or upstream Discord issues. The current health is visible at /status.

We may suspend or remove the bot from a server, ban a user from the dashboard, or terminate access entirely if these terms are violated. We will give notice where reasonably possible. You can terminate at any time by removing the bot from your server.

The service is provided "as is". We don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. Auto-moderation can produce false positives - it's a tool, not a substitute for human review. You decide what to enable and you accept the consequences of those choices.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keta bot and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, lost revenue or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability is capped at €0 since the service is free.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted in our support server before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by German law. Disputes go to the courts of the operator's jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer-law rules of your country say otherwise.
